Article 2 — Scope

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all sales concluded on the aureliacare.fr website between EURL Carpe Diem and any consumer (non-professional individual).

Article 3 — Products

The products offered are those featured on the website at the time of the order. Photographs and descriptions are as accurate as possible but are not contractual.

Article 4 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, including all taxes (TTC). Aurélia CARE reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in effect at the time of the order.

Article 5 — Order

Order validation implies acceptance of these GTC. A confirmation email is sent after each order.

Article 6 — Payment

Payment is due immediately upon order. Payments are secured via Shopify Payments.

Article 7 — Delivery

Delivery is free on all orders in France and Europe. Delivery times are 4 to 7 business days. See our delivery policy for more details.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 30 days to return your order. Returns are free. See our returns policy for more details.

Article 9 — Guarantees

All our products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (2 years) and the guarantee against hidden defects provided for by the Consumer Code.

Article 10 — Personal Data

Article 11 — Disputes
