Returns and Refunds Policy

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason.

Return procedure

To initiate a return, contact us at boutique@aureliacare.fr, providing your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you return instructions within 48 hours.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are entirely covered by Aurélia CARE. A prepaid return label will be provided.

Refund

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned package, using the same payment method as used for the original order.

Conditions

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, in their original packaging.
